A running pilot and in-house capability

What we see

We know your situation. Because we see it again and again.

In conversations with over a hundred companies we see the same patterns. AI gets tried in many places, but rarely reliably. The real work still costs time, because context is missing and the surrounding systems predate AI.

The daily work AI could already take off your plate

15 minutes

before every client call

Before each call, sales pulls context from the CRM, emails and old proposals — before even picking up the phone.

1 hour

for one clean email

A good reply needs facts from ten sources. So the writing drags on, and the actual work waits.

Scattered

knowledge no one can find

Contracts, manuals and proposals sit spread across years. The answer exists — no one finds it in the time available.

And the patterns behind them

Pattern 01

Scattered adoption

A ChatGPT subscription in one department, a Copilot pilot in the next, a macro hero in controlling. Lots of energy, no shared foundation.

Pattern 02

Champions without a system

Individuals push AI with heart. But processes, data access and approvals are built for the old world. Friction eats the progress.

Pattern 03

Consultants leave slides

Externals arrive, present and leave. What stays is a dependency. On the next step you call the same number again.

It’s not insight that’s missing. It’s AI that fits your processes — and your own people who can build it.

What's possible

Systems built around AI from the ground up.

Leading Silicon Valley companies don't bolt AI onto old processes. They build their systems around AI from the ground up. That's exactly the mindset we bring into your business.

Today

€1,000,000

Annual license for standard software that never quite fits you.

Possible

€100,000

An open-source core, tailored to your organization. You own what you build.

The admin workflow you do by hand every day? Fully automated.

Day 1

First rough prototype. Rough, but it runs.

Day 30

The pilot reaches into a real process.

Day 90

In operation. Your team runs it themselves.

The program · 2 to 3 days per week on site

No lecture. Your team builds.

Your company sends three to five of its own people into the CREATORS Space. Over three months they deliver a running pilot for a real use case — coached by practitioners, accompanied by the experts who work here.

Week 1 to 2Onboarding & AI stack

What's possible today, in your industry

What is realistically possible in your industry, which tool stack fits, how we scope the right pilot. We sharpen the use case before building.

Week 3 to 10Build sprints

Weekly sprints on your own use case

Your team builds in weekly sprints on your own use case, paired with coaches and in exchange with the founder tribe of the Space. This is where real capability forms.

Week 11 to 12Ship & Demo Day

Finish and show a result that runs

The pilot is finished and presented as a working result. Not a concept paper, but a system that runs and that your team keeps operating.

How we build

From process to running AI — on your stack.

A prototype is quick to build. Getting it into operation safely, affordably and reliably is the real discipline. We go the whole way — so your team can walk it alone afterwards.

Specify

Write a PRD

Frame the use case precisely enough for a machine to understand it: goal, context and boundaries clearly on the table.

Prototype

Build fast

A first, rough but running system. Tested early against the real process instead of months of specifying.

Productionize

Take it to production

Robust, secure and GDPR-compliant, cleanly connected to your existing systems.

Operate

Run it yourselves

Your team runs and improves what it built. That's the difference between a slide and a capability.

On your existing software stack. We don’t build on a greenfield and tear nothing down — we add where AI has real leverage.

The toolkit

The complete toolkit of an AI engineer.

A prototype is quick to build. Getting it into operation safely, affordably and reliably is the real discipline. That's exactly what your team takes away here.

Prompt Engineering

From the basics to advanced methods like GEPA, so models reliably do the right thing.

Observability

See in real time what the system does, how loaded it is and where it gets stuck.

Skills & MCPs

Reusable skills and MCP connections that dock models onto your tools and data.

Model fine-tuning

Trim models to your domain and language where off-the-shelf models fall short.

Cost management

Tokens, compute and model choice under control. Performance where it counts, without cost explosions.

Guardrails

Clear guardrails so the system stays within the allowed scope and doesn't derail.

Compliance & data sovereignty

AI that stands up to regulators and your data protection.

For the Mittelstand, trust is not optional. Legal certainty and data sovereignty belong in the design — not as an afterthought.

EU AI Act

We classify your use case into the risk tiers and build documentation and transparency in from the start.

GDPR-compliant

Legal basis, purpose limitation and deletion concept belong in the design, not as a late checkbox.

Data anonymization

Personal data is anonymized or pseudonymized before a model ever sees it.

Data sovereignty

On-premise or in the EU, without third-party training. You keep control over your data.

What's included

Everything to become AI-capable in-house.

  • Hands-on curriculum, tailored to the participants' industry
  • AI foundations, prompt and agent engineering, the right tool stack
  • Coaching on the real pilot, 1:1 and in small groups
  • Mentoring and proximity to the founder residents in the Space
  • A running pilot and the ability to continue independently
  • Access to the coach and expert pool beyond the program

The value

Participants return with a running pilot, not a slide deck, and with the ability to drive AI inside their own company.

Instead of paying external consultants again and again, your company builds durable in-house capability.

The slide is outdated in a week. The capability stays.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the KI Maschinenraum?
The KI Maschinenraum is a 3-month immersion program for the Mittelstand. Your company sends 3 to 5 of its own people into the CREATORS Space in Stuttgart. Coached by AI practitioners, over three months they build a running pilot for a real use case from your operations — and become durably AI-capable in the process.
How does the 3-month program work?
Weeks 1 to 2 cover onboarding, the right AI stack and sharpening the use case. Weeks 3 to 10 are weekly build sprints on your own use case. Weeks 11 to 12 finish the pilot and present it as a running system on Demo Day. Your people are on site 2 to 3 days per week.
Who should we send into the program?
Three to five employees who know the chosen use case and will carry it forward internally — for example from process ownership, IT or a business unit. Prior AI knowledge isn't required; we start with the foundations and go all the way to production.
What does the KI Maschinenraum cost?
The 3-month module starts at €8,000 per month (Basic, up to 3 participants, €24,000 total). Standard is €12,000 (up to 4 participants), Premium €15,000 (up to 5 participants, maximum mentoring). Because every company is different, we create a tailored offer; entry formats are available on request. All prices plus VAT.
Is our data protected?
Yes. We build GDPR- and EU-AI-Act-compliant: risk classification, documentation and transparency from the start, anonymization of personal data before any model access, and operation on-premise or in the EU without third-party training. You keep data sovereignty.
What do we walk away with?
A running AI pilot for a real use case from your operations — plus a team that keeps operating it independently and can build the next AI solution itself. Not a slide deck, but durable in-house capability and ongoing access to the expert pool.
