Get investor ready before your raise, not during it
Sachin Agrawal
Always building 5 projects, sometimes finishing them. Community builder.

Focus on customers and product. That's the right advice, and it's exactly why investor readiness turns into a three-week scramble the moment a raise appears on the horizon.
The Nexavi team has watched that pattern repeat across 12 countries. On Thursday 13 August they're running two hours in Stuttgart to break it, with your business as the worked example.
Two hours, your business, one scorecard
This is a working session, not a lecture. You'll go through how investors decide, which business model fits what you're building, and which KPIs are worth reporting. You'll also cover financing options most founders never look at, including non-dilutive funding that keeps you in control longer.
By the end you'll know:
- Where your business stands today
- Which investors fit your stage, and which ones will burn your time
- How an investor will take your numbers apart
- Which KPIs to report and which to drop
- How to defend your business once you're in the room
- Which red flags to remove before you start
Everyone leaves with a scorecard the Nexavi team builds for their specific business: where you stand, what's missing, and the order to fix it in. That's the part you'll still be using in six months.
Early bird ends Thursday
Early bird is €25 and it closes on Thursday 6 August. From Friday a ticket costs €50. Same room, same scorecard, double the price. You have three days.
Who should be in the room
You're raising in the next twelve months, or you want to understand the process before you need it. Both work. Sorting out your reporting and financial hygiene now saves you months later, and fixing a weak KPI story in August costs far less than fixing it during due diligence.
Nexavi advises founders on two questions: when to raise capital, and how to deploy it once you have it. Startups their team has supported have gone on to raise $25M. The partners bring around 50 years of combined experience across finance, strategy, and operations, with work in 12 countries on four continents. More at nexavi.io.
Food, drinks, and conversation follow the workshop. The venue is in Stuttgart Möhringen, and you get the exact address when you register.

One thing before you close this: early bird ends Thursday. If you're raising in the next year, €25 today beats €50 next week and a scramble in six months.
Cheers,
Sachin
